At Untamed, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with care. Please read below for details on how we ship.
Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service.
International Shipping
• We currently ship internationally. Delivery times vary by region (generally 7–21 business days).
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
• While we always aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays (such as courier issues, weather events, or customs processing) may occur.
• Untamed is not responsible for delays outside of our control but will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or if you need help with tracking your parcel, please contact us at untamedapparelhq@gmail.com .
If your order arrives damaged please contact us at untamedapparelhq@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
If shipped internationally, UNTAMED APPAREL is not liable to pay any import duties, taxes or tariffs of your home country.
UNTAMED APPAREL is not responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery.
